Alison is a people-oriented engineer with a drive to help others and organizations achieve their immediate and long-term goals. Originally from Boston, Alison obtained her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Instead of developing molecules, Alison was drawn to improving employee wellbeing and making processes more efficient. This drove her to leave her career in 2018, explore many landscapes across the world, and dedicate a year of service as an AmeriCorps member. Now, she lives in Munich as a freelance creator and ACE Certified Personal Trainer challenging herself and others to excel.
