Profession: Primary School teacher. Over the last twenty years, I have gained experience of teaching in India, United Kingdom and Singapore. Each one was very different but unique and special.

Sports: Running and Zumba.

Focus: Mine and my family's mental and physical health. I love experiencing the runner's high after every run (long or short/fast or slow).

Favorite discipline: Running around five days a week.

Recent races: ISPO Night run 2020, HM Stadluaf 2019, 2018, Muddy Angels 2019, General Munich Half Marathon 2018. 

Hardest part of being a Momlete: Using the 'Me time' for running instead of reading or watching a tv show.

P.R.: Half Marathon: 2:45 (I know I am not a fastest runner but I still enjoy it).

Favorite city to run: London and Munich

Favorite quote: I do not have a favourite quote but my philisophy of life is to always be kind and take the extra step to make others happy.

Most surprising thing people don’t know about you: I can binge watch wedding shows (Don't tell the bride, Four Weddings, Rich Bride Poor Bride and the list goes on... )
