How did you hear about Über Moms? Jordan contacted me several years ago about this group and asked me to join. I was running the Sunshine Kitchen and she was interested in bringing healthy Moms together.

What’s your favorite thing about being an Über Mom? The community of women interested in a healthy lifestyle.

What is something that people don’t know about you, but you’d like them to know? I’m just starting a new business path and offering my experience in the field of wellness, self development and nature as a Nature Coach

What do you do when you want to jumpstart a health kick? I focus on cooking more often.

What is your food cuddle? Pizza

If there were a reality TV show about your life, what would it be called? The Grounded Adventurer

When shit hits the fan, what do you do? I call my friends Talitha and Selina (both not living in Germany).

What is an ideal Saturday with the family? Outdoors in the forest or mountains and ideally with a campfire.

As a mom, do you ever lose your shit, I mean literally, how do you stay organized? I have a daily and weekly planner that helps me to see what exactly I need to do and when. And when its too much, I say “No” to things.

Besides being a mom, what is your superpower? I’m a fantastic connector and resource- I bring people together and have great ideas on how they can work with what they have and create the life they wish.

How do you hope to see the role of motherhood change in the future? I’d like to see more people doing what makes them feel good rather then following the social norms.

How many languages do you speak? 3

If not here, where would you be? Hawaii.

What would be the chapters of your book of life? What chapters are missing in the nonexistent manual to being a mom? My life is divided into my different adventures and the different countries I have lived in. The missing chapter is living outside of the city.

What will your mom legacy be? I hope to pass on to my daughter the ability to be an independent thinker and to not be afraid to do whatever it is that she wants.

Name 5 things you can always find in your pantry? Lentils, chickpeas, onions, garlic and lemon.

Take out or cook in? Cook every time!
